How to edit your email from Mi Banco Mobile?
- Make sure you have the updated version of Mi Banco app by accessing the App Store if you have iPhone or Google Play Store if you have Android and press Update before accessing Mi Banco.
- Once authenticated, the Home Page is displayed, where you can view their associated accounts.
- Select "More" option in the main menu below
- Within the menu, select "Edit Email"
- The screen will show you the email registered in our systems. If you want to update your email, you must include it in the space provided.
- Before confirming your new email, you must validate your identity by completing one of the following authentication methods:
- Security question responses
- Verification code through Two-Step Verification
- Once the security validation is successfully completed, the system updates the email address and displays a confirmation screen indicating that the process was completed successfully. You will receive communications to the new email registered. If you are enrolled in Mi Banco Alerts, you will also receive notifications to the registered email.
