This platform allows you to earn cash back by shopping through the links from participating merchants provided in the Mi Banco Mobile app, as well as discounts at merchants in Puerto Rico.

  • To participate in the program, you need to be a Mi Banco Mobile user. For the cash back section, you must have an eligible and active deposit account with Banco Popular; for the benefits section, you only need access to the Mi Banco Mobile app.

About Cash Back

  • Cash back is a type of reward where you receive a percentage of the money spent on your purchases. It’s the main benefit of My Offers.

    1. Access My Offers through Mi Banco Mobile.
    2. Accept the terms and conditions.
    3. Select the deposit account where you want to receive your cash back.
    4. Choose and select the offer that interests you.
    5. Make the purchase on the participating merchant’s online store.

  • You’ll receive your cash back in the Banco Popular deposit account you registered in My Offers.

  • You’ll receive your cash back within 90 to 120 days after your activity (purchase) is marked as pending in the My cash back section.

  • Your activity will appear as pending once the merchant confirms the transaction with Banco Popular. Some merchants notify within less than an hour, while others may take several days. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the new activity is available in the My cash back section.

  • No, cash back is deposited into your registered account once the merchant confirms the activity (purchase).

    • On the My Offers homepage, you can view the total amount of cash back earned and deposited into your deposit account.
    • You can view the history, status of your cash back, and redeemed offers in Activity within the My cash back section.
  • An activity is the record of a purchase made after redeeming an offer at a participating merchant. It will appear in the My cash back section approximately 2 hours after the purchase.

    The activity is marked as pending until the merchant confirms the purchase as final, after the return period ends. Once confirmed, the credited cash back amount will appear in green.

  • We use anonymous links configured to track transactions made at participating merchants through Mi Banco Mobile. Once the transaction is validated, the cash back is credited to your Banco Popular deposit account.

    • Purchase process:
      • The transaction was not made through My Offers, but by visiting the merchant’s online store directly.
