What happens if my phone gets lost or stolen?

All phones compatible with Samsung Pay or Google Pay have mechanisms for remote reset. You can also call our Customer Service Center and we will suspend or delete the token. Once we do, the token stored in the wallet will not be valid. You can continue to do your shopping with your card.
