What is the cutoff time for same-day payment processing?

Payments made to Popular brand businesses before 5:00 p.m. on business days will be processed on the same day. Payments made to the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority, DirecTV, Liberty, Open Mobile, and Claro before 5:00 p.m. on business days will be also processed the same day.
