Redeem your PREMIA® Points

There are two easy ways to redeem your PREMIA® points:


  1. Access Internet Banking and click on your PREMIA account.
  2. On the Account Summary section, click on the PREMIA Catalog option located on the upper right side.
  3. To complete your request, click on View Your Cart and then on Proceed to Checkout.
  4. Complete the application for your redemption to be processed. Once your complete your application, your redemption will be processed in 24 hours and you should receive the reward in about 2 to 6 weeks, depending on product availability.

By Phone:

  1. Call 1-800-3PREMIA (1-800-377-3642) Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., or Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
  2. One of our PREMIA® Service Representatives will take your order. The request will be processed in 24 hours or less, and the prize will be received in 2 to 6 weeks depending on the product. If you need additional assistance or if you have any questions, you can call PREMIA® at 1-800-3PREMIA (1-800-377-3642).
