How to Retrieve your Username?

If you cannot access Internet Banking because you forgot your username, please follow these steps.

  1. Access Internet Banking.
  2. Click on Forgot your username?
  3. Enter your personal information: social security, date of birth and security code. Click Next.
  4. Enter your account information: account number and PIN. Click Next.
  5. The next window will show your username and will ask you to change and confirm your new password.

The system will take you to the main login page, where you will need to enter the updated information.
