Yes, because they replace the International ATH® Visa card number or Visa or MasterCard credit card number with a single token that is assigned to the mobile wallet. There is a unique relationship that only allows transactions made by the mobile and the wallet for which the registered token can make. In addition, your fingerprint or PIN assigned to your mobile is required to authorize purchases in stores.
