What kinds of checks cannot be deposited?

Checks such as travelers checks, savings bonds, checks from unknown banks or international banks (not covered by the Federal Reserve system), checks without an endorsement or with dual endorsements, copies of checks, checks made out to people who are not signatories on the account to which the check is being deposited, and/or money orders or bank checks from another bank.
