Why are you holding my purchase with the International ATH?

In an agreement with Visa, the transactions with the International ATH card are processed in an approximate period of 5 business days depending on the communication with the merchant. During this time, an automatic hold is applied as a guarantee for the owed amount until the transaction is completed. After the transaction is processed, the amount on hold is released.
