How do I use my card in Automatic Teller Machines (ATMs)?

  1. Introduce and remove your card.
    (It the ATM is one of those that keeps the card in the reader, follow the instructions on the screen.)
  2. Insert card again
    The instructions on the screen will ask you to insert the card again and keep it inside the ATM until completing the transaction. Remember that you must have a PIN to make transactions at ATMs.
  3. Remove the card and put it away after completing the transaction.
