Remote Deposit

  • Remote Deposit is a service that allows you to make deposits from your office, saving you the time and effort of going to the bank. You can make deposits by scanning checks and sending them electronically.
  • For details please visit your favorite branch or contact your Relationship Officer.

  • Yes, the limit is 250 checks per day.

  • Limits vary according to the volume to be processed in the transaction.

  • Once the deposit is made, you should keep the checks in a secure place for 30-45 days; after that period, you may destroy them.

  • You cannot deposit checks issued by banks located outside the United States / issued by non-USA banks.

  • You have until 7:00 p.m. to make deposits using Remote Deposit and the deposit will post that same day.

  • Checks must be endorsed with the signature, account number, and the phrase “For deposit only at BPPR”.
